Individual therapy is the process in which you and your therapist will work together one-on-one in a comfortable, confidential, supportive environment to create a plan for positive growth, healing, and change in your life.
Couples therapy provides an opportunity for you and your partner to work collaboratively with your therapist in order to create healthier patterns of communication and increase the connection in your relationship.
Family therapy enables 2 or more members of a family system to come together and work through issues and disconnects that are causing disruption within
the family unit.
Stepfamily therapy is meant to help your stepfamily come together in a peaceful way. As you work with your therapist, you will learn research-based tools that can be tailored and applied to your unique family situation
