Group Therapy and Psychoeducational Classes are great ways to enhance your support network, and learn more about how you can increase your sense of wellness. Many people have found groups and classes to lessen feelings of loneliness, validate their experiences, create an opportunity for interaction and feedback, and provide helpful tools and information for bettering their situation.
