Therapists Share Their Personal Self-Care Tips


You hear therapists, including myself, encouraging self-care all the time. But sometimes, it can be difficult to know what that looks like for you. Is it all massages and yoga? The truth is, self-care takes on many shapes and forms. The key is finding out for yourself what you need at any given time.
