Welcome to the 4 Points Family Therapy blog! I'm so glad you're here! When I was in college, and trying to decide what I wanted to be when I grew up, I knew I wanted to help people...but there are so many ways to do that! As I thought further, I also knew that I was no stranger to going through hard things, both as an individual person and in my relationships, and I decided immediately that I didn't want ANYONE to feel like they had to go through similar experiences alone. So, I decided to become a Marriage and Family Therapist, with the desire that I could be there for people struggling, changing, and growing. Over the past several years of doing this job, I've come to realize how truly incredible people are, and never cease to be amazed at the things people are capable of, and the potential they can reach, even under the most difficult circumstances. When I get the privilege of walking through this process with someone, I feel truly rewarded and inspired.
So, in an effort to continue offering support outside the therapy office, this blog was created to help you find all kinds of information, tips & tricks, helpful products & resources, and other ideas for promoting growth & wellness for yourself, and your relationships. Enjoy!
